How We Work
First step: MEETING WITH THE CLIENT
We get to know one another at the in-person or virtual meeting and talk about the future structure, including the room designs and architecture. We examine the preferences and desires you mentioned in the brief; this is the start of a reliable collaboration to design your home. When the client already knows the kind of outcome they are hoping for, that is excellent. The actual process of interior design - the construction of a distinct image of the area - starts once the designer has a clear understanding of your desires.
Second step: CREATION OF THE MOODBOARD & DESIGN CONCEPT
This phase will culminate in a detailed rendering of the future house, including its exterior, interior, and placement on the property. Every room reflects the family's choices and complies with your requests. This is when we go into detail about every choice made in the earlier stage; this is what sets the conceptual design apart from the working draft. It is required for additional building and finishing projects. Everything is there, including design projects for every area, internal communications, and engineering network projects. A thorough plan at this point minimises the possibility of unforeseen expenses during construction. We organise the interior 3D visuals and then create a project budget that is preliminary. All objects that can currently be created, such as furniture, lighting, plumbing, carpentry, and freestanding items, are priced accordingly. discussed for approval and feedback with the client. You'll receive 3D visualisation, facade drawings, floor layouts, and home floor plans specifications for doors and windows, the configuration of the plumbing, equipment, and furniture floor covering layouts and wall designs, layouts for ceilings and fixtures, Switch, and light group arrangements.
Third step: The final design project and its implementation
We organise the procurement and delivery of building supplies, furnishings, fixtures, design and décor components, and accessories that were decided upon during the design project's development. We oversee the products' quality and prompt delivery. We give the client a report each month. Interior decorating starts after all the final touches are applied, such as installing marble and tiles, painting the walls, and installing plumbing equipment. It involves choosing fabrics (bedding, curtains, and shades), furniture, and fixtures, as well as ornamental accents.
